Got a camcorder ? 


Then get it out , start video taping and upload it to runtrackireland.com.There are loads of competitions around the country that just don't get the coverage they deserve, so we want you to video tape the following:


Competitions in your local area - Cross County, Road Races, Local Track competitions.


Training - Video tape your training session, introduce us to your teammates, coaches, show us around your club.


Interview - Interview people who inspire you, maybe your coach or a top athlete from your club


You don't have to be the next Spielberg, just point and shoot and help bring athletics coverage in Ireland to a whole new level.



How to upload your video:


  • Upload your video to www.youtube.com. To do this you will have to register, which is free and easy.
  • Once your signed up, simply click on the upload button and upload your video.
  • Then email me (jc@runtrackireland.com) the link to your video. (eg. url = http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gW98BymlpAU)
  • I will then upload your video to the site, for everyone in the athletics community to see.
